Recurso de súplica. la demanda se rechazó porque se configuró el fenómeno de la cosa juzgada, en tanto el Decreto Legislativo cuestionado fue objeto de control de constitucionalidad automático, integral, participativo, definitivo y estricto por parte de la Corte Constitucional, a través de la Sentencia C-248/20.

La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso interpuesto.

Ello, porque el demandante no cumplió con la carga de motivación requerida para habilitar un pronunciamiento por parte de la Corte, en tanto se limitó a manifestar que el auto cuestionado no hizo un análisis serio del caso, dando tránsito inmediato a la cosa juzgada

  2. SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
  3. TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14295.
